Terri Pentz is the co-owner of Pullman West and an Interior Designer with over 30 years of experience. Originally from Vero Beach, Florida Terri gained most of her design expertise while working at Island Paint and Decorating in Merritt Island, where she took over ownership in 2011.
As the face of our Interior Design firm, Terri currently collaborates with and provides inspiration to the team of designers. Terri infuses her designs with clean-lines and exuberance. Pullman West is built on Terri’s refusal to play it safe or small. She leads the PW team in flawlessly executing designs that are as brave as they are beautiful. Whether your style is Midcentury modern, romantic-traditional or anything in-between, Terri’s team creates interiors that all have one thing in common: that undeniably alluring “je ne sais quoi.”
Terri is appreciated for her approachability and ‘never met a stranger’ energy. She doesn’t shy away from bold colors, and never gave up on wallpaper, even when it was “out”. Her design philosophy is: “some people look for a beautiful place, others make a place beautiful.”
Billy Pentz is the co-owner of Pullman West with over 30 years of industry experience. Born in Winter Park, Florida, Billy formed The East Coast Cabinet Company in 2005. Today, Billy is considered one of the area’s most respected providers of semi-custom cabinets to new home builders and remodelers. Billy is the face of Pullman West’s residential new construction division. His name is synonymous with service and quality in the industry. Billy’s investment in the development of a passionate, high-performing team is one of the leading reasons the firm continues to be a “go to” cabinet provider for many new home developments in the Orlando area.
While his work revolves around the creation of other people’s dream homes, on the weekends Billy finds artistic freedom working on his own projects. He is currently remodeling the “camp”—his project getaway on the St. Johns River.
Justin Champion is our General Manager and Lead Kitchen and Bath Designer. He ultimately fell in love with kitchen and bath designs, so he obtained an interior design degree with a specialization in kitchen and bath and architectural drafting.
Justin has been with Pullman West since January 2015. He has been the driving force in elevating Pullman West to be the most prestigious design studio in Brevard County. His unique ability to balance critical decisions and creative design are what make him an essential visionary in his leadership role. He challenges his team and clients by solving any issues, pointing people in directions that they would have never considered.
When Justin is not at work, he and his partner are restoring a mid-century modern Rockledge home. Justin is also a huge British car fan. He travels through the States and Europe attending British Mini events. You will sometimes see his original (right hand drive) Mini Cooper in the parking lot.
