Erica started working for Pullman West in the fall, 2016.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Western Carolina University. Erica chose interior design because she wanted to mix art and functionality to render a vision on paper or screens.
Erica is one of our behind-the-scenes, extremely talented individuals. She and Justin, our lead kitchen and bath designer, make a dynamic team. Her creative yet technical mind is busy at work behind every design layout. She is our technology guru, specializing in computer-aided design programs and 3D modelling. She says her 'style' is modern classic.
Erica is a talented artist in her own right. She is an avid creative professional who loves using her hands to produce detailed illustrations, paintings, and handmade cards.
Erica and her husband come home at night to three playful kittens. She adores cats!
Holly has worked for Pullman West for over six years.
Originally from Lafayette, Louisiana, after graduating high school in 2006 she moved to Florida where she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design from Eastern Florida State College. She has a background in furniture sales and decorating, but to her family she has always been their creative designer.
Holly begins every project with an understanding of her clients’ needs and expectations, then she adds her own unique sense of style and personality to each job. She believes beautiful and functioning interiors transform daily life. While she prefers a simplistic, timeless approach to interior design with clean lines and a classic style, she appreciates a vast range of styles. She strives to balance colors, textures, and lighting to create a space that reflects her clients’ personalities and suits their design needs.
As a working mom, Holly enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sweet little boys. She works hard to create a comfortable home to raise her family in while striving to keep a healthy balance in life.
Veronica has been with the Pullman West family since 2017. She specializes in new construction custom kitchen cabinet layouts and built-ins.
Veronica says her childhood love for historical buildings, especially the intricate designs found in cathedrals fostered her love for interior design. Growing up, she was influenced by her father who worked in the kitchen and bath remodeling field. After high school, she was given the opportunity to make color and furnishing selections for a family acquaintance. Veronica realized she had found her passion! She says there is something magical about how a space can evoke emotions from people. "I love being a part of that!"
Veronica graduated from Eastern Florida State College in 2016 with a degree in Interior Design in Technology. She has certifications in Kitchen & Bath Design, and Home Staging.
Last year Veronica became our New Construction Designer. She has worked diligently creating renderings of over 100 new construction cabinet layouts for a large property developer in Orlando. Pullman West oversees the kitchen designs, ordering and installations.
I love designing children’s spaces because I am just a big kid at heart and because I enjoy working with themed designs. Children have such vivid imaginations, and it’s a lot of fun running with their ideas and bringing them to life. I find it personally rewarding to be able to help them create a space that reflects their own unique personality and fosters their creativity.
I am fascinated by a wide variety of design styles but find I’m most drawn to the clean lines and versatility of modern design. My favorite aspects of this design style include the floor to ceiling windows and the natural lighting they provide, the open floorplans, and the vibrant colors used in the modernist artwork.
I have 2 daughters, and a black lab puppy named Luna. We keep busy with activities, but try to make time to get away whenever possible…anywhere Disney related is always a favorite! I also enjoy listening to all types of music, but I especially love the Dave Matthews Band, and try to make it to at least one of their concerts every tour.
Jan Seage has been part of the Pullman West Team since 2015.
She was born and raised in Rockledge ... a 5th generation Floridian.
She is a licensed Interior Designer with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Interior Design from Florida State University.
With over 30 years of experience, Jan enjoys all aspects of interior design. The opportunity each day to be creative in different ways is what keeps it interesting and fun. She has enjoyed designing new construction, remodels, space planning, window treatments, decorative wall and ceiling treatments, lighting, furnishings and accessorizing.
Whether she is working with clients who she’s known for years, or clients she just met, she likes to take the time to talk to them and get to know them and their lifestyle and how they want to live in a space. She has formed many trusting relationships with her clients and each of them have helped her grow as a designer.
Her design style is all about clean lines and less clutter. She likes a modern style, whether it's contemporary or mid-century modern. However, she always designs to the client's preference and have designed many historic home spaces.
Jan says the essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live. A home should tell a story of who you are and be a collection of what you love. Surround yourself with beautiful things and beautiful hearts that bring you comfort and joy. Design is more than selecting, ordering and assembling...it is to add purpose and value and visually illuminate a space.
Jan is married and has two daughters, who both play competitive volleyball.
Wilver joined the Pullman West family in 2015. He is originally from Guatemala where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Drafting Technology and Design. In 2007, with the support of his family, he relocated to Florida to polish his skill of the English language and continue his education, ultimately receiving a degree in Interior Design from Eastern Florida State College moving him forward on his journey to success.
While starting out as the Supervisor of the Paint and Color Division, Wilver's talent is now being showcased in our Showroom vignettes as our Display Designer, in addition to being one of Pullman West's interior designers.
Wilver tells us, "I love color and the effect it can have in a room. I am known for selecting that one random color, pattern, or item that makes the room come together in a cohesive design. I am definitely NOT afraid to have fun, experiment, and try something different.
I have a strong appreciation for all different design styles, but my personal design style leans more toward clean, simple and fun modern designs. If I had to choose one room that would be my favorite to design, it would be the living room. There's just something about the idea of being able to gather and entertain in a warm, comfortable, and welcoming space - it's just amazing!"
Wilver finds much of his inspiration from fashion, traveling, and constantly paying attention to small details. He sees himself as a story teller, because he takes a great deal of responsibility with translating his client's story by using art, furniture, color and patterns. His common quote is "my job is done when the room starts talking before a single word is spoken."
With the help of his partner, in his spare time, Wilver is fully focused on the full remodel of his own mid-century modern home.
