Gone were the dated arches and dim walls, replaced by a strategic wall removal that bathed the space in light, creating a haven for vibrant family gatherings. A hidden pantry maximized space, while gleaming chrome fixtures and sparkling countertops added a touch of modern glam. Even the family room gained a new feature, transforming into a three-sided LED fireplace with mesmerizing RGB flames that could set the mood for any occasion.
The once underutilized sitting room became a spacious walk-in closet, mirroring the organized haven of the primary bathroom. Here, an LG steamer ensured wrinkle-free mornings, while rich blues and gold accents created a calming yet elevated atmosphere. Bright paints and crisp trim replaced dullness, while sparkly fixtures and durable LVP flooring added both style and practicality. - Restructuring the kitchen layout by removing several walls in order to construct a single-height peninsula, large walk-in hidden pantry, and wider walking paths
- Illuminating all areas and surfaces through the customized placement of generous LEDs, undercabinet lighting, and accent lighting, as well as installing custom electrical solutions for practical charging and cable management. All outlets and switches in remodeled rooms were replaced.
- Installing new decorative chandeliers, pendants, and vent hood in the kitchen and living spaces
- Professional removing existing wooden and tile flooring with a dustless system. A combined total of 1,700 square feet of durable vinyl planking was installed that brought cohesion and neutrality to the space. The flooring installations were completed with all new doors, baseboards, door casings, and custom door handles.
- Installing 375 square feet of tile in the primary bathroom, including a meticulously hand-laid herringbone pattern on all walls of the shower.
- Enclosing the shower with custom-cut glass with a heavy duty EnduroShield technology and brass fittings.
- Redesigning the primary bathroom closet and nearby sitting room to house floor-to-ceiling custom closet solutions, complete with drawers, hanging rods, belt racks, and hidden hampers.
- Repainting a majority of the interior walls and all new doors and casing with fresh and light colors.
- A complete redesign of the cabinetry in the primary bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen, resulting in an abundance of usable storage that did not exist previously. All cabinetry was custom designed to fit to the client’s lifestyle and preferences.
- Updating laminate countertops with Cambria quartz in the kitchen and primary bathroom. A full-height quartz backsplash was installed on the sink wall of the kitchen to give the space a more glamorous look.
- Introducing a statement by installing cork wallpaper around the new fireplace wall. A new bump-out was constructed to house an 80″ three-sided linear LED fireplace. Sconces and mirrors were precisely placed to frame the new fireplace wall and elevate the space.
