This primary bathroom remodel is a testament to the power of collaboration. The homeowner’s dedication to the project and willingness to tackle the installation themselves, combined with our design guidance and product knowledge, resulted in a stunning bathroom that is both beautiful and functional.
Smokey gray glass bottles provided the inspiration for the color palette, with cool grays and pops of metallic adding a touch of glamour. The floral wallpaper takes center stage in the water closet, while subway tile throughout the rest of the space provides a classic backdrop. Classic accessories and designer fixtures complete this new, luxurious space.
The original layout presented challenges, with odd angles and a lack of practical storage. Our team worked closely with the homeowner to create a new design that maximized space and functionality. A custom-designed vanity with spacious interiors provides much-needed storage with a sleek design. The freestanding tub and walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure replaced the old garden tub and high shower curbs, creating a more open and modern feeling.

- Illuminating all areas and surfaces through the customized placement of new LED ceiling lighting.
- Reconfiguring the original angled vanity to a more functional, 90-degree cabinetry design. This allows increased counterspace, the incorporation of a tall pantry, and more space for two people to navigate the same space.
- Replacing the existing square, builder-grade flooring. A combined total of 183 square feet of durable 12” x 24” of floor tile and penny round shower tile were supplied.
- Replacing the original dark shower tile with a lighter subway alternative. A total of 153 square feet of 8” x 24” subway tile was supplied.
- Supplying cooler-toned neutral paint to replace the previous warm-toned walls.
- Replacing busy, dark granite countertops with light, maintenance-free quartz.
- Accessorizing the bathroom with complementary decor and mirrors.
- Supplying all new brushed nickel plumbing components to replace the existing oil-rubbed bronze fixtures.
- Trading in the previous garden tub and sculpting a more open concept by supplying a freestanding acrylic tub.
