From the moment you entered this waterfront home, an abundance amount of Florida sun swept over its open floor plan—so open that the master bedroom had no walls separating the master bathroom! With Pullman West’s creativity and a generous dash of fun throughout, the drab honey oak and pink undertones were swept away and replaced with color and personality. Nearly every room had undergone a design transformation to accommodate customized storage solutions without losing its unique sense of character.

This project was completed in phases between 2020 and 2022.

The master bedroom, master bathroom, powder room, coffee bar, and home office phase sold at $196,000 in April of 2021.

• Illuminating all areas and surfaces through the customized placement of generous cool LEDs, decorative light fixtures, and accent lighting, as well as installing custom electrical solutions for practical charging and cable management.
• Reframing a new entry door location into the guest bathroom, which increased cabinetry storage and maximized privacy of the master suite entry.
• Removing existing builder-grade floor and wall tile and retiling the kitchen and coffee bar backsplashes, laundry room floor, and complete guest and master baths. A combined total of 900 square feet of durable tile was installed that brought both neutral tones and coastal patterns. The flooring installations were completed with all new baseboards and door casings.
• Livening the blank white walls in the home with fresh coats of coastal blues, greens, and even a splash of terra cotta on the living room ceiling.
• A complete redesign of the cabinetry in the guest bath, powder bath, master bath, master bedroom, home office, coffee bar, and laundry room, resulting in an abundance of usable storage and style.
• Updating laminate countertops with quartz or Vetrazzo in each space, including windowsills, shower curbs, and even the master bedroom nightstands.
• Completely restructuring the master bedroom suite by framing walls, moving plumbing, and reworking electrical around the once-open master bathroom.
• Integrating a complete furniture package for most living spaces that invite in the colors from their tropical landscape as well as withstand the daily use of their several animals.
• Installing decorative exterior panels in front of their home for an art deco twist on privacy.
