Ditch the drab and the builder-grade blues! Pullman West brings this pool bathroom out of the deep end with a splash of modern style. Basic beige tiles and an overly ornate vanity were replaced with spacious, blue-hued cabinetry and iridescent accents that mirror the water just outside. Shimmering herringbone glass tiles pirouette underfoot, echoed by brushed gold fixtures. Nautical charm peeks through a porthole-shaped mirror and blue highlights on the countertops, transforming the space into a seaside oasis that beckons poolside guests.
This project was purchased in 2021 and completed in 2022.

- Illuminating all areas and surfaces through the customized placement of generous LEDs and decorative vanity lighting.
- Removing existing builder-grade floor and wall tile and retiling the shower walls, shower floor, and main flooring. A combined total of 155 square feet of durable floor tile and decorative shower tile was installed. The flooring installation was completed with all new baseboards and door casings, as well as a new pocket door.
- Refreshing the pastel blue walls with a clean, crisp white paint
- Replacing the existing outdated vanity with a fully accessible sink cabinet with a rich blue paint finish.
- Updating the existing busy granite countertop to a refreshing white Cambria quartz pattern.
- Installing a glass enclosure in the shower to remove the need for a shower curtain and allow an abundance of light in this area.
- Installing new brushed gold plumbing fixtures to create a more practical shower with a touch of luxury.
