Living in a smaller beachside townhome, maximizing storage and increasing lighting was to be desired. Heavily set on selling the home in several years, the homeowners wanted their two bathrooms to remain with a neutral palette without sacrificing a “Wow!” factor. The lighter toned wood, simply designed nickel fixtures, and soft white countertops were complimented by the geometric patterned tile placed on a feature wall for each shower. Working within size constraints, the designers on the job made use of empty corners and opportunities for compact features. Although the end goal was simple and sleek, a whimsical porcelain flower chandelier in the master bathroom could not be resisted.
